We all lead busy lives, and it’s really not easy to do all the things we should do to maintain a healthy lifestyle, particularly if you’re working, looking after the kids, running a home and looking after all the family !
Where’s the time to visit the gym, go jogging, make that healthy home-made meal , get up an hour earlier & go for a swim ? Instead it’s all too easy to pick up a takeaway on the drive home, put off exercise for another day (I’ll start that next week !!!) and fall asleep in front of the tv – after all it’s been a busy day and you’re tired!
